Ukrainian Development Company JSC started its professional operation in the real estate market in 2003, when the Company undertook management of the property complex located at 11 M. Raskovoy Street (3 high-rise buildings with the total area of 28,396 m2.
Today, the buildings have been upgraded, the premises major repair has been performed, which now allows providing the lessees with high comfort level for efficient business.

Conference Service
Since January 2007, a conference hall for 120 persons with the area of 170 ì2 has been available in the premises of NOVA Office Center.
This is a modern conference hall with the complete set of technical means for information processing and transfer.
Any required format events may be organized and held in the conference hall:
- press-conferences;
- presentations;
- round-table conferences.
The conference hall in NOVA Office Center consists of 2 full-featured halls, which may be united in one large hall using a transformer wall:
Technical equipment and maintenance of the halls:
DSL dedicated line (digital subscriber line) and Zyxel P-660RU modem are used for Internet access allowing to operate at the following rate: 24,000 Êbps to subscriber, and 1,200 Êbps from subscriber.
Large Hall
Live presentation effect is provided using video presentation equipment: multimedia projector, video scaling unit (S-video broadcasting: computer, VCD player, DVD player, video camera, digital camera), screen (250õ190 ñm).
The sound system of the hall is controlled using BOSCH conference system:
2 broadcast power amplifiers, 2 standing radio microphones; 5 working places are provided for speakers: a tribune and 4 working places behind the presidium area (the system is equipped with the chairman’s control unit and 3 delegates’ control units with channel selectors and 5 fixed microphones. Attendants are accommodated at working tables in armchairs.
Small Hall
8 dynamics (100 W) built in the ceiling provide uniform sound transmission all around the hall. Cozy conference chairs with fold-out tables make the recording process more comfortable. If required, the hall may be equipped with tables (to be arranged at the customer’s request). There is also a table and armchairs for speakers, a tripod screen (175õ234 cm). Big windows in the hall provide sufficient daily lighting.
The hall has synthetic covering.
Meeting Room
Our offering includes a meeting room with comfortable state-of-the-art furniture, an oval meeting table, armchairs, a sliding wardrobe, and an information panel to hold negotiations, seminars, and disputes.

The conference hall is favorably located (5 minutes walk from Levoberezhnaya underground station, only 3 stations (15 minutes by underground) from the center of the capital), is connected with Borispol International Airport (27 km). Òurist, Bratislava, Àdria, and Slavutich 3-4-star hotels and International Exhibition Center are located nearby.
